All About Clear Aligner Treatment

After an initial consultation with one of our dentists, we use 3D imaging technology, our years of expertise, and our understanding of oral anatomy to design and fabricate a series of clear braces or aligners. These aligners are worn for about two weeks each. You only remove them to eat, drink, brush, and floss. This convenience ensures that your daily routine is not disrupted. Each aligner gently pushes your teeth slightly closer to their ideal position.

After a few weeks, you switch to the next tray, which shifts the teeth a bit farther. Your teeth move slowly, week by week, until they reach their desired position. This gradual progress ensures that your teeth are moving in a controlled and comfortable manner. During this time, you will visit Dr. Rydel, Archung, or Stager about every six weeks so we can monitor your teeth’s progress and ensure everything is going smoothly.

Most treatments take between nine and fifteen months, but this varies depending on the severity and the amount of correction needed.
